Anvil Gas Deck Oven – 6 Trays – Triple

This triple-deck gas deck oven by Anvil is engineered for high-capacity baking in commercial kitchens. With a capacity to bake up to 12 standard 300mm pizzas across three independent chambers, it’s ideal for bakeries, restaurants, and food service operations requiring consistent, efficient baking performance.

Each chamber is equipped with top and bottom thermostatically controlled burners, a glass viewing window, interior lighting, and an automatic ignition system—making baking safer and easier. The stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability, while the oven’s modular design supports seamless integration into modern kitchen workflows.

This model includes six baking trays (600 x 400mm) and is designed for use with LPG gas and 230V electricity. Please note that installation must be carried out by a registered gas installer, as per safety regulations.
